NNEXTERPScrap Brokerage

Process

Eight steps from inquiry to completion.

A disciplined, inspection-first process designed for cross-border scrap trades.
  1. 1

    Inquiry

Buyer or supplier submits requirements or stock details through our forms.

  2. 2

    Verification

We verify company registration, trade references and material availability.

  3. 3

    Quotation

We prepare indicative quotations aligned on grade, volume and Incoterms.

  4. 4

    Negotiation

We mediate price, payment terms, tolerances and timelines between parties.

  5. 5

    Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection by an independent agency agreed by both parties.

  6. 6

    Contracting

Buyer and supplier sign the sales contract directly; our brokerage terms are disclosed.

  7. 7

    Shipment coordination

We liaise with the parties' freight forwarders, surveyors and banks.

  8. 8

    Completion

Documents are exchanged, payment is settled and our brokerage fee is invoiced.

NEXTERP acts as a broker and sourcing intermediary. We do not own the material listed, operate a scrap yard or provide shipping directly โ€” contracts are concluded between buyer and supplier.
